Repent America Launches Campaign to Stop Curtis Bay Energy from Collecting Abortion 'Waste' 

Campaign exposes company's partnership with abortionist James Pendergraft and honors the lives of his victims in Roe v. Wade's 39th year

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 20, 2012 /Christian Newswire/ -- Repent America (RA) is announcing the launch of the Campaign to Stop Curtis Bay Energy as it reproves and exposes another medical waste company that is collecting, transporting and incinerating the fetal remains of aborted children and the items used in killing them. Included in the campaign is the official launch of StopCurtisBay.com, which outlines Curtis Bay Energy's collaboration with notorious abortionist James Pendergraft and honors the lives of two of his most publicized victims. While this month marks 39 years since the unconstitutional and ungodly Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade, which has resulted in the violent deaths of over 52 million babies and counting, the campaign is working to turn the tide against corporate facilitation of the abortion holocaust.

Curtis Bay Energy is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, and also has offices in Pinellas Park, Florida and Reading, Pennsylvania. It operates incineration plants in Baltimore and St. Petersburg, Florida.

In December 2011, after a local medical waste company stopped assisting with disposal from Pendergraft's Orlando Women's Center, and a replacement company also declined to service the location, it was reported that Curtis Bay Energy then began partnering with the facility. During telephone conversations with representatives, Curtis Bay Energy explained that it collects "waste" from nearly all of Pendergraft's other facilities in Florida.

Pendergraft has been in trouble with the law on numerous occasions. He has been imprisoned, paid thousands in fines and has had his "medical" license suspended four times, including for performing illegal late-term abortions.
