CHICAGO, Jan. 27, 2012 /Christian Newswire/ -- Randall Terry, Democratic Candidate for President, is filing a complaint with the FCC Enforcement Bureau, to compel NBC Chicago to obey the law, and run Mr. Terry's Presidential Campaign ad in Chicago. 

Will free elections and free speech prevail in this primary battle, or will Obama's crimes against unborn babies be covered up with the help of NBC?

NBC Chicago states: "we have concluded that Randall Terry is not a legally qualified candidate for federal office within the meaning of the FCC's rules...as a candidate who is not on the ballot, he has not made a 'substantial showing of a bona fide candidacy' under the FCC's regulations."

Per FCC RELEASE-NUMBER: FCC 78-523  "In one case, the Commission decided that a write-in candidate had made a substantial showing by making campaign speeches, distributing campaign literature, issuing press releases and maintaining a campaign committee."

Mr. Terry has publicly announced his intent to run as a write-in candidate in the Illinois Primary and has qualified in Illinois for placement on the write-in lists for votes to be counted, per Illinois laws.

Mr. Terry has campaigned on five separate trips, made campaign speeches, distributed literature, issued multiple press releases, and maintained a campaign committee in the state of Illinois.

"Today, we are filing a complaint with the FCC regarding NBC's refusal to air our Super Bowl campaign ad in Chicago. Worse yet, they are encouraging all their affiliates in Illinois to reject our ad.

"If NBC prevails, it is one more illustration how the rich and powerful in this country can break the law, and abuse the average citizen without penalty.  Beyond that, NBC will deny the voters of Illinois the right to hear from a bona fide presidential candidate in the Illinois primary.  In that light, they are subverting the process of free elections.

"We will ask the FCC to intervene immediately, and compel NBC Chicago to run the ad."
