Pro-life and Human Rights Organizations to
Hold Rally Demanding Washington, D.C. Chief Medical Examiner Perform a
Complete and Transparent Autopsy on Five Late-term Aborted Babies
NEWS PROVIDED BY
Stanton Public Policy Center/Purple Sash Revolution
April 6, 2022
WASHINGTON, April 6, 2022 /Christian
Newswire/ -- The groups will also be calling for the Medical Examiner to
ensure these children have a proper and dignified funeral and burial.
The name of the event is #JusticeForTheFive and will take place at the
Washington, D.C. Medical Examiner's office on Friday, April 8, at 12:00 p.m.
The location is 401 E St SW, Washington, D.C. 20024.
#JusticeForTheFive is being organized by Stanton Public Policy Center/Purple
Sash Revolution with co-sponsors including Priests for Life, CPAC, Created Equal
and Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust.
These late-term aborted babies were recovered by PAAU, a pro-life activist
group, which oversaw them being picked up by the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan
Police Department Homicide Unit and delivered to the Medical Examiner.
It appears the late gestational ages as well as their apparent sustained
injuries potentially show violations of federal laws and infanticide.
The Washington, D.C. Medical Examiner and D.C. Police Department are refusing to
conduct a thorough and transparent autopsy to see if any federal laws were
broken. The late-term abortions were performed by Dr. Cesare Santangelo of Surgi-Clinic
in Washington, D.C.
Here is a link to a Live Action news article which includes pictures and
descriptions of the aborted children:

The groups are demanding justice for these children by calling for a complete
and transparent autopsy to see if any federal laws were broken. We will also be
asking for the babies to be given to faith leaders for a dignified and
respectful burial. These lives are God's precious children and deserve equality
and justice.
Below are public statements from some of the participating leaders:
"The last thing the abortion industry and its political supporters want
is for the very thing they sell to be exposed to the light of day. They
defend abortion but will never describe it.
"The truth of what happened to these babies should not be hidden in denial.
That would be an irresponsible approach. Now that these bodies have been
discovered, let's discover exactly how they were killed. Let's have the
strength to defend the rule of law." -- Father Frank Pavone, National
Director of Priests for Life.
"The DC Police and the Department of Justice must conduct an autopsy and
complete a thorough investigation immediately." -- Mark Harrington,
President and Founder of Created Equal
"I held these five late-term aborted children in my arms. In 20 years of
medical experience, from the ambulance to the NICU, I have never seen
anything more disturbing than what was done to them.
"There is clear evidence of potential federal crimes having been committed
and D.C. officials are covering it up. We need an autopsy on these babies
and 'Justice For the Five.'" -- A.J. Hurley, Executive Director of Survivors
of the Abortion Holocaust.
"It is hard to imagine viable children are being brutally destroyed in our
nation's capital through the violence of abortion. These children have value
and dignity and must be treated with equality and justice.
"We will be demanding justice for these children by calling for a complete
and transparent autopsy to see if any federal laws were broken. We will also
be asking for the babies to be turned over to faith leaders for a dignified
and respectful burial. These lives demand dignity and each one has value and
purpose." -- Rev. Patrick Mahoney Chief Strategy Officer of Stanton Public
Policy Center
